Identifying Key Priorities & Quick Wins

We started by auditing the Amazon Ads campaigns and reviewing the creative assets against what competitors were running. The campaigns were spending against audiences that weren't converting, the product photography wasn't showing the system in use, and the website wasn't giving the ads anywhere credible to send traffic. Those three problems were connected and were hampering sales.



Rebuilding the Path to Purchase

We refined audience targeting and ad segmentation on Amazon to improve visibility and conversion while bringing ACOS down. New photo and video assets, which we directed, replaced the existing creative across Amazon ad placements. The website was rebuilt to support a cleaner buying experience, so when the ads drove traffic, the page was ready to convert it.

Each change reinforced the others. A prospective buyer who saw the new creative landed on a page that told the same story and made the next step obvious. The numbers followed.
