Marketing workshops built for impact.

These aren’t surface-level sessions. They’re designed for teams who want to think strategically, act confidently, and move their marketing forward.

Each workshop is rooted in real-world experience and built around the challenges you actually face — whether that’s refining your brand story, improving conversions, or making smarter use of your existing tools and content.

We lead with insight, focus on what works, and leave you with ideas and actions you can apply right away.

  • A hands-on workshop for founders and early-stage teams focused on building a marketing strategy rooted in clear brand positioning, audience-first messaging, and the channels most likely to drive meaningful results.

  • This interactive workshop helps attendees turn everyday impact into compelling visual stories that inspire support and deepen community connection. We will break down what makes a story resonate and show how to build a simple, repeatable storytelling approach that works across your organization.

  • Map a clearer, more cohesive path that boosts engagement, improves retention, and connects your marketing across touchpoints.

  • Discover practical ways to integrate AI into your marketing workflow to save time, generate ideas, and strengthen strategy.

Ready to sharpen your strategy?

Let’s talk about which workshop is right for your team.

Shawn Graham of Deep Varnish spoke to my Marketing and Audience Engagement class for the Master of Arts Management Program at Heinz College in Carnegie Mellon University.  He presented on visual storytelling within our storytelling module. His talk left a lasting impression on my students. Shawn's framework for visual storytelling — anchored in the core goals of brand communications — gave students a clear, actionable lens for evaluating and crafting compelling narratives. What set his session apart was his masterful use of examples: drawing from both performing and visual arts, he illustrated what great storytelling looks like in practice, and just as importantly, when it doesn't. That contrast made the frameworks click in a way that reading or a YouTube tutorial never could.

Shawn has a rare ability to make complex communication concepts both accessible and exciting. My students left the room energized and equipped with tools they can apply immediately to their assignments. I would enthusiastically recommend Shawn Graham and Deep Varnish to any academic program, corporate team, or organization looking to sharpen their storytelling and brand communications skills.”
