Brand Storytelling Audit & Roadmap.
IMPACTALE™
Most organizations have a stronger story than their marketing suggests. This is how you find it and fix the gap.
Your website, your social channels, your emails are all telling a story right now. The question is whether it's the right one, told consistently, in a way that makes the people you're trying to reach actually care.
We start with a discovery kickoff to understand what your organization thinks its story is. Then we go find out where that story holds up and where it doesn't.
A structured process and roadmap you can use.
Our Process
Discovery & Audit
We share what we found, walk your team through the diagnosis, and spend a half day building the roadmap together. You leave with specific priorities and a sequence you can act on.
Story Activation
We start with a kickoff conversation to understand your organization and who else we should talk to, including customers when that's useful. Then we review your website, social channels, email, and key communications, along with your brand photography and video, to find where your story is working and where it's losing people.
Feedback & Roadmap
We help you put the roadmap to work. That might mean supporting your team directly, training people on the messaging, or identifying the right next hire or vendor to carry it forward.
Over two to three weeks, we review how your organization tells its story across every channel. We look at what's consistent, what's contradictory, and what's missing entirely. Then we build a roadmap that tells you exactly what to fix and in what order.
Brand storytelling is more than your messaging.
You have a marketing team and an active program. The results just aren't matching the effort. That's the situation this engagement is built for.
Most audits stop at copy. This one doesn't. We look at your visual storytelling too, including brand photography, video, and the images your team reaches for when they need to represent you, because those choices either reinforce your story or quietly undercut it.
We also look at consistency. A strong brand story said one way on your website and a different way in your email creates confusion and undermines trust. Over two to three weeks, we map the full picture so you know exactly where you stand.
Who leads this engagement
Shawn Graham has spent his career helping organizations figure out what they're actually trying to say and close the gap between the story leadership believes they're telling and the one audiences are actually receiving.
He has led brand storytelling engagements for companies, associations, and institutions across North America, including on-site visual storytelling work for major brands. He works directly with leadership and marketing teams, because that's where the real story lives and where the decisions get made.
