Printscape had grown well beyond traditional commercial printing, handling corporate wall murals, vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and retail displays that most print shops wouldn't attempt. The marketing wasn't reflecting that range, and without proper tracking in place, there was no way to know what was actually driving results.

Getting to Work Before the Redesign

Before the kickoff meeting we developed questions to understand where the current site was falling short and met with the sales team to find out where marketing could better support the conversations they were already having with prospects. What we heard in both cases pointed in the same direction.

The site wasn't communicating what made Printscape worth choosing over a national chain or a cheaper local shop, and there was no infrastructure to measure what was working. We started addressing both before the redesign began.


Making the Advantage Visible

Printscape was competing against national print chains with bigger budgets and local shops undercutting on price. Their advantage was range and craftsmanship. The marketing needed to say that plainly and the tracking needed to prove it.

We sharpened the messaging around Printscape's core services to lead with what set them apart. We built a marketing dashboard using Google Analytics and Google Ads so leadership could see exactly what was driving leads and where to focus next. And we optimized the existing site to capture more of the traffic it was already getting.

Leads increased 175% before the new site ever launched.
